Regulation of Intestinal Cholesterol Absorption:

The major goal of this research is to determine why cholesterol absorption differs between subjects and to relate differences to physiological mechanisms. The work is done with novel deuterated cholesterol tracers and mass spectrometry methods developed by our laboratory.
